Brian Walker wonders if he can just be friends with you in new single – Reignland

Pop/R&B singer-songwriter, producer, Brian Walker shares new single, ‘Just Friends’. The track has pop melodies infused with R&B goodness. The verses build up to a powerful chorus where he really showcases how far his voice can go. The low tone introduction is full of sultry moments and electrifying background melodies. The bass is addicitive and you might break the repeat button.

“This is a song that I wrote last year about my personal experiences with one of my relationships. I was frustrated by the fact that the girl I was with thought we could still hang out all the time as a couple and do the things that couples do (go the movies, go to concerts, etc), without the romance. Having the romantic past made is harder still, and was what inspired the lyrics for this song. I wrote and produced this song with Prince Charles Alexander, and it was mastered by Chris Gehringer of Sterling Sound.”, he explained.

Walker has played shows all over the New England area with his acoustic guitar, keyboard, loop pedal and voice, including 82 shows in 2018. Walker studied Songwriting, Music Production, and Electronic Production while attending Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA from 2015-2018, and has been working as an intern at Cybersound Recording Studios in Boston, MA since January, 2018.

Walker released his first single, “Conflicted” on 10.31.18, a song he wrote, mixed, produced and performed all parts for. He followed it up with his second single, “Call Me” on 1.31.19, which he also wrote, mixed, produced and performed all parts for. His third release “Forever I Swear”, dropped on all platforms on 4.12.19.
