Soldier Blue releases emotional new single, ‘Mother’ – Reignland

Italian singer-songwriter Soldier Blue has released a new single, Mother. The beautiful folk track is a letter to his mother. The intimate guitar and beautiful harmonies make this song feel like home. He really becomes raw on this with the honest lyrics and as a fan, I can appreciate that. “I wrote this four-handed song my then-girlfriend Beatrice in a period when I was listening to a lot of Bob Dylan. I asked her: “shall I write the first verse and chorus thinking about my own mother, and you’ll write the second verse and chorus thinking about yours?”. She said yes.” he says of how the song came together.

In his career, he has released two EPs (Brand New Step, 2014; Over You, 2017) and now a third one named ROZA (2020). I can’t wait to hear more music.
