Nick Barrett releases new smooth rnb track “Old Friends” – Reignland

Nick Barrett has released a new single that will make you think about your friends from back in the day titled “Old Friends’. The slow jammed single, showcases his smooth vocals, a catchy hook and amazing harmonies.

Based in Malta and originally hailing from Sheffield – UK, Nick Barrett has been singing professionally since the age of 16 and writing and producing music for over 18 years. Influenced by some of the biggest names in R&B such as Usher, Craig David, and Robin Thicke, he combines a uniquely soulful and skilled vocal ability with contemporary songwriting expertise. Nick’s aim is to bring back authentic music, melodies, and beats that make your head nod and that you can really vibe to… Nick Produces and Writes all his self-penned songs in his home studio. 

Nick has already achieved European chart success in 2000 with the band Face on Mars when ‘The Bug’ (written by US songwriter Kenny Young, who also co-wrote the hit pop song ‘Under The Boardwalk’) reached no. 1 in the Italian Dance chart. 

Nick Barrett has now released ‘E-Motion (Pt.1)‘ and album ‘Minor 7th’ (including a feat. artist, Shana Pearson in a heartfelt duo called ‘Forget About You’).  At the same time, Nick is crushing his live shows all around Europe sharing his love for music and his unique style in R&B/Soul.
