South African artist, Filah lah lah has released her much anticipated debut single and visual. ‘This is’. The Mike Kalombo produced track is a sultry debut that feels like a peaceful summer day with a nice cool breeze to top it off. Her vocals are on a whole new level that is memorizing and addictive to the point that when the song ends, you wake up from whatever journey she has taken you on and play it again. Her runs are angelic and stay lingering in your head after the song is over.
The visual is beautiful with it’s neutral hues and elegant touches. She looks like a goddess in each scene as she showcases her ability to create exceptional looks that would shut down fashion week. During the release of this track she joined Kalombo Records. It is an Atlanta based record label that also houses artist Cashma and Taylor Jasmine, founded by producer Mike Kalombo. Aside from music, she is also an LLB graduate. I can’t wait to hear more from this beauty.
