LØE releases new single, ‘People Like People Like Them’ – Reignland

‘PEOPLE LIKE PEOPLE LIKE THEM’ is the second single to be released by Leeds / Halifax based Post-Rock standouts, LØE. It follows the success of its debut release in December 2019 which was praised by BBC 6 Music, Radio X, BBC Introducing, Discovered Magazine, and Soundspehere Magazine. The track has a dynamic melody that almost sounds like a movie. You can sense the emotions in the way the instruments flow together. It’s like a breakthrough almost in some of the verses.

The track features a speech from the film The Network – 1976 (Howard Beale played by Peter Finch) and aims to capture the desperation, futility, and shift in hope and power felt by a man driven to despair at the state of the world. This would be perfect for a movie or a soundtrack. The video showcases the song in a beautiful light with the band just going crazy as the song gets more dynamic.
