Lauren Jauregui meets all fan ’Expectations’ with debut single & video. – Reignland
November is really about to be an amazing month! So much good music has been released including former member of Fifth Harmony, Lauren Jauregui who just released her debut single ’Expectations ’ ’Expectations’ is the first and only single by Lauren and she did not come to play. She teamed up with super-producer Kid Harpoon for the song. Apart from working with indie darling vocal powerhouses Florence And The Machine and Maggie Rogers, Harpoon is no stranger to working with former band members gone solo — he co-wrote and produced most of Harry Styles‘ debut album. “Expectations” is a guitar driven slow jam. It’s a pretty big jump from the poppier stuff that she sang with Fifth Harmony but it feels as if she is much more confident that way. Along with the single, Jauregui released a music video for the song which shows why this song is such a strong debut and Lauren is going to kill it as a solo artist.
