Galimatias releases sultry new banger, ‘Redeye’ ahead of debut album. – Reignland

Danish artist & producer, Galimatias has released a new sultry single titled, ‘Redeye’ ahead of his debut album, ‘RENAISSANCE BOY’. The 11 track album is set to be released later this year and for the first time will feature his own vocals. The new single is track two from the album and from the sound of this, his album might just be one of the best to be released this year.

‘Redeye’ is an R&B work of art that doesn’t let up in the least with its addictive baseline that helps create such a beautiful oasis that you don’t want to leave from. His layered vocals that weave in and out of one another in the chorus fit perfectly with the foundation that the smooth drums and piano give.

You can feel the desire he speaks of in each note he delivers. This isn’t just regular R&B, this is something different, something that makes you fall into a dreamy trans from start to finish, making you want to hear it again and again. After coming to widespread attention with 2015’s Urban Flora, his critically acclaimed collaborative EP with Alina Baraz, Galimatias retreated from the spotlight. He’s now back and making it know that he’s more than just a producer but an artist with a lot to say and a captivating voice that people need to here. I can’t wait to see where this goes.
