Ellie Ford shares fresh new sound, ‘The North Wind’ – Reignland

Self-taught Harpist and songwriter, Ellie Ford has releases a brand new fresh single titled, ‘The North Wind.’ The track has such a soft and welcoming melody to it. It instantly hooks you with gentle sounds of the harp and the soothing tones of her vocals. As you get deeper into the song, a little more melody kicks in adding to the already dope single.

Ellie has played a raft of mainstream shows and festivals which illustrates her versatility within a niche genre, from The Great Escape Festival to working with Sofar Sounds on live performances in the strangest locations.  In the summer she was voted ‘Best Folk Music Track’ at The Production Music Awards so this is clear to see that she isn’t going anywhere.  

With two album releases under her belt, and tours in the UK and Europe set for 2020, Ellie Ford is forging her path as an independent musician. I can’t wait to hear more.
