Soobie has released a fun filled track “Off The Ground” – Reignland

Soobie is a 20-year-old singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer from the vibrant city of Chennai, India. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in songwriting at Los Angeles College of Music. Her childhood was framed by two main lifestyles, Indian and Western, and it’s inherently reflected in her works. Someone challenged me to make a hip-hop track and I came up with something that had some attitude and playfulness to it. The challenged got extended to rapping over it, a task I had never been faced with before. I channeled my inner Ke$ha, B.o.B and Eminem to create the song you now know of as ‘Off The Ground’. Initially, I was just being silly and goofing around lyrically. But as the song went on, I knew what it was really about.
