Julia Alfrida unveils new single, ‘Oh God’ – Reignland

Swedish artist Julia Alfrida shares an electrifying new single that will rock your playlist titled, ‘Oh God.’ This genre-bending track fuses r&B, hip hop and pop all into one serious banger. Her vocals have such a mysterious and emotional vibe to them, it sends you into an intense atmosphere that you don’t want to leave. The chorus is catchy and full of energy as well. Her debut EP, EPISODE23 was released in Feb. Her latest singles Sober & Dark Doom was placed on Spotify’s playlist New Music Friday Sweden, which is a very good résumé for an unestablished, independent artist.

“EPISODE23 is an EP including 5 songs. I wrote all five when I was 23 years old, therefore the title. Many of the songs reflect on the destructive relationship with my ex-girlfriend, others describe how I’ve been struggling with mental health over the years. I believe growing up as an LGBTQ-person has caused/been a major reason for my mental health struggles.” Julia Alfrida says about the EP.

The previously released single ‘HER’ has reached a wide audience thanks to that Julia Alfrida got to be a guest on Swedish national television and talk about the LGBTQIAPLUS message of the song.
