Cook Fee releases an awesome new rap track called “Frio” – Reignland
Cook Fee chillin with a brand new rap track called “Frio” Upcoming artist from south side Chicago. Cook Fee began writing raps in the 2nd grade with the inspiration coming from a classmate whose father was a rapper. As all rappers do, they are sharing their story with us in this great skilled rapping treat. The heavy bass and lyrics run the show and it’s well worth the listen. ” I’m from a project on the south side of Chicago named Altgeld Gardens. This song is a dedication to my hood and my city. There’s a lot of little things in the song that people from my neighborhood would truly understand. “Skate back to the hood for a rich cut”, “I’m clean but I came from the dirty”. Rich is a barber from the Gardens who cuts the whole neighborhood’s hair. The nickname for the hood is “Dirty 130” which describes the grittiness and location (130th st). If you aren’t from there you wouldn’t catch the meaning behind some of the lyrics. “, he explained.
