Hellkey x Knerv Badlands has released a new track called “Badlands” The track is powerful and instantly gets you up ad moving. The blend of elements in this track is outstanding and like no other. The build-up is so intense. You sit on the edge of your seat as you wait for the beat to drop, wanting to do it all over again.

According to their press release, Everything started from a networking post on Instagram by Steven from Cymatics. There is where HellKey and Knerv met and decided to start a collaboration. Results went totally far beyond every imagination.

Billy Reeves has released a new track called “Good Fit” This will be Reeves’ seventh single of the year, coming after his August release “Lay Low and Snitch”, which was a collaborative effort with fellow artist Jordan Lindsay under the name Gated Community. The beat is cool, I like the heavy bass beat and the lyrics are great (not for young ears), the vocals are nice and I like how he goes from singing to rapping and the change is smooth. Good work on this project. This single comes as a rather personal and heartfelt cut from New Zealand born, Melbourne based artist, speaking on themes of love and gratitude towards his significant other. “Good Fit” comes as the second official single from Billy Reeves’ upcoming fourth studio album entitled “Biting The Life Nectar” which is expected sometime in 2021 and is produced entirely by Billy himself. Brooklyn based artists, Yellow Shoots and Johnny Burgos release their single, Fun Tonight, a collaboration that captures the evolution of both their friendship and their respective artistry. The single is part of Burgos’ upcoming LP “Falling into Place.” The upbeat single has funk elements mixed with modern R&B melodies. The soothing guitar plucks and the faint shaker sounds in the background really create this feel-good vibe for the listener. The groove reminds me of Bruno Mars style of music. The vocalist falsetto notes really add that flavor to this track along with everything else.

The production is smooth and brings everything together perfectly without missing a beat.

According to their press, release, the tune was crafted over three years while both artists’ skill sets grew significantly. The song morphed and developed with them, and they would both come back to ideas months later knowing exactly what they wanted to improve.  Burgos shared, “this collaboration pushed the boundaries of our comfort zones, inspiring new perspectives on each of our approaches to the craft. Johnny Burgos is an artist known for his raw uncompromising sound rooted in soul revealing beauty from pain, hope from despair and the will to keep fighting.

Jesse Harding releases a wonderful new track called “Box” Jesse Harding, singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist hailing from Northern Ontario, Canada known for his melancholy and infectious material that deals with a wide range of emotional experiences. I really loved the vocals with the great background harmony.
