TANYA RYAN’S RELEASES SECOND SINGLE “ALMOST FAMOUS” FROM DEBUT ALBUM – Reignland

Canadian singer/songwriter Tanya Ryan has released a fantastic new track called “Almost Famous”, one of the new tracks on her first full-length album, Open, which is now available everywhere. I love this upbeat and loud new track! This is a high energy feel-good track, the lyrics are clearly telling a great story! The heavy drums and the build-up of the song is exciting! Love it!

Ryan says, “I created this song for artists, creators, writers; for anyone that delivers their soul into their work no matter how thankless or seemingly fruitless it can be. For those who fearlessly love their craft and what they do – and pursue it infinitely. Because it’s better to be heartbroken by living as close to your dream as possible – than it is to live a life where you wonder what you would’ve done by taking one more step.”

According to her press release, “Almost Famous” and the rest of Ryan’s album comes after a period of deep transformation for the Okotoks, Alberta resident, that saw her embark on her own musical exploration of love. 

Ryan says, “In my own life, I wanted to understand the expressions, facets, and nuances of love – love observed by a romantic partner, sexual love, mother’s love, self-love, and a love of one’s ambitious pursuits. This album represents my own understanding of love with ‘Almost Famous being an ode to self-fulfillment and empowerment.”
