Jotsey has released a mind awakening track called “Sober” – Reignland

My second single, ‘Sober’, creates a unique blend of acoustic and electronic pop sounds whilst it keeps a soulful core throughout.

The main theme of this song is about wanting to be around someone that makes you feel intoxicated. It’s about how a person can lift your mood or alter your mind-state just as much as drinking can, whereas the bridge of the song alludes to the after effects of drinking (or being around that person which makes you feel intoxicated) and coming down from that high.

Like my previous release it was recorded in a garden cabin shed and has a Bon Iver feel around it with slight inspirations from other artists such as Oh Wonder and Jon Bellion.

‘Sober’ is due to be released on all major streaming platforms January 31st.
