Twenty-three-year-old British musician Jack Marsh has released a new single entitled ‘HATED’. According to Jack, this song is a look at some dark times in his life., “This song is a diary entry of the last 12 years of my life dealing with the abuse and hatred of others.” In the song, he talks about how he was afraid to pursue music due to what people may have thought of him but in reality, he loved music and he was exceptional at it.
“The whole song itself is based around the confusion I feel now, as a 23-year-old man, that it was me who was hated and how much it has scarred my life and how, ultimately, nothing will be the same.’ he explains. Jack’s voice is so timeless and raw, that no one sounds like him and thats something I hope he notices. He cites in the song that he doesn’t believe that much in himself but he will sing until he can’t anymore. This kind of unfiltered emotion is needed in the music industry and will make listeners fall in love with his story and this track.
